2024 bokey LACROSSE summer workout
Our plan is develop all players and sharpen their skills for their specific position. We aim to teach all that is needed to be an elite player at the Varsity level and the skills needed for those preparing to play Lacrosse at the University Level.
We will host practice twice a week at Seminole High School (Field TBD). We will host practice on Monday's and Tuesday's for all age groups. We will run High School from 4pm to 5:30pm and then Grades 8 and lower from 5:30pm to 7pm.
Practices will run from May 13th until June 25th.
Other additional practices will be included as well for no extra cost on Friday's, info TBA.
Offense will be instructed by Coach Ordonez and defense will be instructed by Coach Ian.
