Player Interest Form

The Sanford Bats Youth Lacrosse Club invites families of interested youth players to submit their information to learn more about our program. This information allows us to better understand your player’s interest, experience, and goals within the sport of lacrosse. Upon submission, a member of our staff will review the details provided. Families will then receive a courtesy introductory call from our Program Director to discuss the club, answer questions, and outline next steps.
