Girls Lacrosse Summer Workout

The Goal of this program is to improve your footwork, dodging toolbox, shooting and fundamentals. The Program is for offensive players only or those seeking to improve those skills. The 8 Meter shot, on the run shooting and more will be covered in this 4 week Program.

Practice will be on Mondays and Wednesdays but make sure to bring cleats and running shoe in case we have to go inside. Practice will be from 3pm to 4:30 pm
