2025 bokey LACROSSE summer workout
Our plan is develop all players and sharpen their skills for their specific position. We aim to teach all that is needed to be an elite player at the Varsity level and the skills needed for those preparing to play Lacrosse at the University Level.
We will host practice twice a week at Seminole High School (Field TBD). We will host practice on Monday's and Tuesday's for all age groups. We will run High School & Youth from 4pm to 5:30pm
Practices will run from June 2nd until June 24th.

Offense for all ages will be instructed by Coach Ordonez and defense for all ages will be instructed by Coach Ian.
